Duties and responsibilities:
·        Answering Escrow phone calls and work with in person customers
·        Assist REALTOR(s), lenders, attorneys, and clients in resolving title issues.
·        Ability to read and understand a title insurance commitment
·        Prepare closing documents to complete the real estate transaction.
·        Work with Lenders in preparing Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements.

Qualifications:
·        High School diploma or equivalent
·        Detail oriented
·        Able to handle confidential information
·        Strong communicator, both written and oral
·        Ability to problem solve
·        Ability to read and interpret documents
·        Strong Computer Skills
·        Experience in the real estate industry preferred but not required
