About the Role
Seeking a dependable, honest, and enthusiastic professional to join our team. Candidate must be a “people person”, detail oriented, able to multi-task in a high pace, high stress work environment and possess strong communication skills, while displaying a positive and professional attitude. Experience preferred but not required.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Prepare closings documents for real estate transactions
· Work with Lenders in preparing Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements.
· Facilitate escrow closings on behalf of the company.
· Disburse settlement packages through completion
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Detail oriented
· Able to handle confidential information
· Strong communicator, both written and oral
· Ability to problem solve
· Ability to read and interpret documents
· Strong Computer Skills
· Ability to possess a Notary Public license
· Experience in the real estate industry preferred but not required
